Very nice hotel, with great facilities and very friendly staff

It was such a personable experience from the get go. It was very quiet but the amenities were so lovely and the pool area and sunbeds were good. The restaurant honestly was the best food we had in the whole of our time in crete.

I stayed here for one night because I needed something close to the airport and the exhibitions center, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was renovated, comfy beds with a nice view over the pool. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really tasty. I also rented a car through the hotel, which made getting around really easy. Overall, the location was very convenient.

Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff who were very kind and helpful when I arrived confused and exhausted. Beautiful rooms and delicious Greek food. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Everything was fine, nice and calm place, big room with balcony and little kitchen, for this price is more than you can expect, recommend it for everyone, good and tasty breakfast and dinners, very helpful and friendly owners.

The facilities were fantastic. 5 swimming pools, entertainment all day and evening by the fabulous Jumbo club. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception staff particularly nothing at all is too much trouble. We originally were staying for 3 days and ended up here for 10 days

Best part of the hotel is host Linda! She made out whole Experience so special! Hotel is really nice and is close to Heraklion and beautiful beaches! Food is Fresh and homemade and one of the best se had trough our whole travel. I highly recommend this hotel! We had the best time!

Everything was exceptional. It's a shame we could only stay 12 hours due to our transfers home. The buffet for dinner was excellent & had good choices for children.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is Pinterest-vibe beautiful, new, and spotless, very close to the nice beach. The food was delicious and varied, and drinks were amazing. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing team — from Lia at the reception to the restaurant staff, waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, and spa staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again!

What really stood out was the warmth and hospitality — it felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. We left feeling rested, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Crete.

Alot of space in the apartment and amenities like coffe and suger, oil . Very clean and good maintained . Had parking !

Beautiful small hotel, across the road from the beach and also has a good sized pool. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday. All inclusive food and drinks was lovely and great choice. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. There are shops close by but the main shopping area and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk along the prom. But if you want a relaxing holiday you have everything you need on your doorstep. I will be returning again in the future.

The hotel is highly recommended. Everything is very clean, neat and tidy. Every corner of the hotel and the beach is covered by the Internet. The food is well prepared and tasty. You are on right spot If you need good rest!
