The house was exceptionally clean (I mean spotless clean not just regular clean!) and well organized. the kitchen has everything you could possibly need! Plus all the little extras like bottled water, coffees, olive oil etc. There was a wonderful little welcome basket (thank you) and very clear instructions about the house, the appliances etc. All the doors and windows have mosquito screens and nice heavy curtains to keep the morning sun out. Loved the large balcony with the olive grove and sea view.

An apartment worthy of its name, Cozy stone house. Nostalgic greek home. Well equipped and wondefully spacious. The view are magnificent. From bedrooms you can see the sea in the distance and mountains from the kitchen. The bathroom is bright and has enough space. The location is perfect idyllic old town, I love it very much. It's about half a kilometer to the city center for shops and to the wonderful beach 2,7km. A microwave would be a good addition. This time I stayed alone but definately want to come again in the summer with a bigger group. 😃

If I could give more than 10, I would! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful house. Everything was exactly as described, the property was spotless and very well maintained. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also great, close to the beach and the center. The hosts, Kostas and Maria, are extremely kind and welcoming. We loved it all! Place is beautiful – unique, antique and has a special very natural atmosphere. Location is awesome, 100m from the sea. The beach is not crowded, water is clear, wonderful rest! And the host! Is outstanding! Very welcoming, helpful, kind. Thank you very much!!

We had a wonderful stay in Kakovatos. Our host was extremely kind, caring and friendly and made sure every moment we spent in the apartment was pleasant. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It is located in the centre of Kakovatos and the beach is not far away. The beautiful beach is sandy, long and spacious. The people of Kakovatos were very welcoming and friendly in every shop and restaurant we visited. Once again all compliments to the host, we are very grateful for her hospitality and would certainly come back someday!
