We liked everything, location, the layout of the facility with a pool, bar and a very nice view combined by the sea and mountain.

Lovely, calm and beautiful hotel. Perfect location directly at the seafront. No noise or traffic in that area. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. Rooms were modern and clean.

The balconies alone were worth the stay! Stunning views out to the bay (which was literally only 20 meters away), shaded by roofs or orientation so you could stay out there on one of them the whole day if you wanted to. We fell asleep and woke to the sound of the waves, while the cool sea breeze made the heat enjoyable. We once spotted a turtle from the balcony, swimming right below us! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and nicely decorated and we had a cleaning lady come every single day, changing sheets and towels. The villa is surrounded by olive bays and small farms - very different from your average resort towns. The beach was very close, and although pebbly on entrance, the bay was free from crowds and had a charming, tucked away atmosphere, with clear, turquoise water and some reefs on the sides for snorkeling. You can use the sunbeds for free as a villa resident. Would recommend without hesitation - go for Eli apartment (6 beds) if you can. You won't regret it.

We had really nice and relaxing stay at Koukis club. The room was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with the sea view. The pool area is very nice and clean. The beach is also very nice and just a step out from the hotel. Speacial thanks to Jordan and our housekeeper for making our stay even more pleasant. Definitely will go back.

Everything! We have stayed at the Mimosa many times over the last 20 years. The apartment sizes are the largest in Argassi so perfect for families and you couldn't get any closer to the beach. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Already looking forward to next year's stays in our usual apartment 🙂

Beautiful, small hotel with very modern and super clean rooms. Staff were lovely, pool area is delightful. Brilliant location within walking distance to several beaches and a choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Loved my balcony.

We were very satisfied with the location — close to everything we needed. The apartment complex also had a café and a small shop, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was small but perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend too much time indoors. The pool and sun loungers were excellent. I would definitely recommend it!

We loved the location, the staff, the room, and the food

The staff were very attentive! Friendly and helpful! My boyfriend forgot his shoes inside the van after our wonderful tour to the shipwreck. Yannis at the bar took the time to contact the tour company and retrieve the shoes for him! Be sure to enjoy a drink at his bar while you are there!
