Great location on the waterfront and close to the town centre. Clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.

Resort was in center of town, convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The restaurant was quite expensive for example 14$ usd for a martini. The pillows in our room were chunky and very uncomfortable.The bedding didn't feel dry and crisp when changed by housekeeping and didn't have the fresh smell of clean laundered sheets or pillow cases. When you put your room sign to (please clean room ) The housekeeping staff would sometimes stand outside your room and look at you early in the morning if your door drapes were open as if to say "ok we want to do your room cleaning now" , which made a person feel rushed to step out of the room . The ocean front bay looks great on line to swim in but it smells funny sometimes and we just didn't want to swim in it which was a disappointment. We ended up going back to West Bay beach by water taxi.Staff are nice and the boutique is cute. The area is somewhat dirty though and you get hounded from people wanting to give you massages or braids and at every turn when walking past the docks people want to take you somewhere and everyday ask you "what's the plan today?" It's just constant constant constant.I couldn't find alot of fruit or vegetables there is alot of fried foods and any vegetables are covered in oil.The roads are very narrow and on cruise ship days when people swam these places ( which you need to be informed about) it makes the area very unenjoyable. West Bay was the worst for this .Amazing beach up from this area as I mentioned ( West Bay) but you get constantly bombarded . ~TIP - stay father up by camp bay if you can find any decent lodgings . The snorkeling up from this West End area is some of the best ,clear water and an authentic steam ship wreck to go discover.

great place very close to the beach and short walk to the best snorkeling (in front of Infinity bay). Must try next to this hotel Totally Taco place - firecracker taco with shrim and another one with avocado. Must have on west bay :)

Probably the best location for off shore snorkelling and between some very interesting bars. Staff were helpful and attentive.

The location as people have mentioned can't be beat .Just realize the pool is located at another facility and is not on site. Though it is a short few steps through a small parking lot to get to it. Very nice pool btw and just around the back from the pool area is a walkway through to the beach front . There are chairs directly there for you to place your towel on ( which I encourage you to do before 9am) to secure a nice set of beach chairs either up front by the beach or set back a few rows ,they do get snatched up quickly unfortunately. The Inn is nice, there are no open balconies only 1 room has one.Your screen doors only open and you have a ledge to lean on.You are within an open pavilion keep in mind which gets loud but the loudest is the hangover hut bar right beside this property, you will hear it clearly and they like to party. There is a shopping pavilion up from this small Inn as well with a cafe ( best pizza and bagel) I've ever had !!! Liquor store as well up from the Inn and other shopping varieties in small store fronts. There are a few restaurants up by this pavilion and within the pavilion of the Inn there are restaurants as well. The beach of West Bay is beautiful and snorkeling is some of the best ever. Keep in mind though when the cruise ships come in it makes it very very crowded. Also no surprise you will get constantly asked for massage or braid services. There's no end and when walking the beach you are constantly asked for what your plans are for the day as boat suppliers want to take you anywhere! Walk up past the end of the beach to Los Rocas I believe it's called ( but be careful the walkway / dock boards are old ) grab a margarita and get some quiet time away from constant (tourist attention) I'll call it. PS - the included breakfast is great ,made to order and they have water coolers upstairs and down which is so convenient cause you need water! beautiful location, lovely room, good food and staff that were pleasant during our stay. however, they fraudulently charged my credit card after my departure, claiming I had stolen a beach bag and laundry bag from my room. these objects were never in my room and they stopped responding after taking the money from my credit card

It is facing the sea and you can see the entrance of the cruise ships.

The staff was amazingly kind and extremely professional:) The beds we soooo comfortable!
