My room was not only beautiful and comfortable but also spotlessly clean, serviced daily. However, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional hospitality of Elena, the owner. She personally called before my arrival to confirm details and, when my bus was delayed, ensured I was warmly welcomed upon arrival. She even took the time to ask about my breakfast preferences and accommodated my early departure with a delicious meal before my bus. Her kindness and genuine care truly made me feel at home.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mamin San to anyone visiting Cres! Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple or with family, you'll appreciate the spacious, clean and beautiful accommodation. It's the perfect sanctuary to unwind, relax and enjoy in the stunning surroundings.

Egidio gave us clear instructions about how to get to the apartment, where to park etc. He was friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 3 people. The balcony is great for chilling in the evening after a long day. Would highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay on Cres.

Cres is a small but interesting town.
Cres is a small but interesting town. There was a concert every day in the main square, and local citizens played street music in the small streets. Local citizens sold handicrafts on the main street. The beaches are very good, with small pebbles and lots of trees where you can find shade. The restaurants are good, you can taste local specialties.

A few days of slowing down, crystal-clear sea, breathtaking sunsets and complete peace. Cres reminded me how little it takes to recharge—just nature, good company and a slower pace of life.

There are many gorgeous places to visit on Cres.
There are many gorgeous places to visit on Cres. Vulan was cute, Cres town itself was a really good to place to stay. Many hikes and cycling trails going off from there. Still seems to have a quaint charm. The island is quiet enough for the beautiful Griffon vulture. A highlight of my stay. Would I go back again? Just give me a chance and I will jump at it.

Cres is still relatively unspoilt unlike other parts of Croatia. Cres Town is buzzy but traditional with a lovely harbour & plenty of beach. We did not have time to explore the rest of the island but would return to do so.

It worths to check something new after a few trips to Krk...
It worths to check something new after a few trips to Krk and the other Croatian shores. Cres is nice, there is a lot of forests, flowers, the whole island is pretty green (compared to Krk). Most beaches are harder to reach, there is only a few where you do not need to climb hills or where you can park the car nearby. If you are fit, you can find nice beaches, but for the best ones prepare for 30-60 mins walking on rocky hills. If you want to choose from much more easily accessible beaches, go to Krk or come to Cres with boat.

We can visit a lot of hidden beaches in the daytime.
We can visit a lot of hidden beaches in the daytime. Very quiet place to chill and sleep at the nights. There is no big highways so can not hear the noise of the cars. Small roads are very rocky. For extra untouched beaches we have to walk a lot down on hot and rocky roads. There is everything you need petrol stations and shops.

We have stayed here before. The apartment is only 5 mins walk from the centre of Cres, small supermarket a street away. Free parking right outside. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Friendly and helpful owner. Good WiFi. Tv in living room and bedroom.
We actually changed our dates, to get this apartment.
Would definitely stay again, next time we visit Cres.

The hotel was very nice as was the swimming pool/beach/spa/gym. The service in the hotel was very good, and the people were nice. Our room felt very spacious and it was kept clean. It is very quiet and peaceful. It was a very easy walk into the marina area of the town from the hotel.

Lovely comfortable and spotlessly clean room. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast. Restaurants are only a 10 or 15 minute walk away. Plenty of parking space. We would definitely stay here again when back on Cres.

A really nice house in a quiet street in the city centre of Cres. The house is fully and nicely furnished and everything (restaurants, bakery, supermarket,...) is just a few minutes away. We had a great time there - can recommend!
