Apartment was amazing and quite comfortable for 3 of us who were working and 2 girls who were just buzzing around. When we wanted to jump out for a swim, sea was just there. Village is nice and quiet and people are super friendly. Apartment was clean and owners went way and beyond to help us with everything. I would definetely come back here for another holiday.

If you are a lover of silence, warm and clear see, aesthetics, and practicality during your vacation, this house is for you. The scent of pine trees, the song of cicadas, and the warm sea are waiting for you. Shops, a restaurant, and the beach are just nearby. Lidija & Srđan are very hospitable and kind. Thank you for the warm welcome and the delicious wine. This house is truly made with love. It has absolutely everything you need for a long stay, including fast internet. A place you’ll want to return to next year for a longer vacation. Strongly recommended to friends!

Great location, amazing hosts, spotless apartment equipped with everything you need. I visited Croatia 20+ times but never had such a great accommodation. Can’t really find anything wrong with the apartment, it is tastefully decorated, tidy and comfortable. The views are beautiful from the balcony, what you can enjoy all day. Thanks to the roof it’s no direct sunlight, also a ceiling fan installed to make a little breeze. No need to worry about the annoying mosquitoes, every window and door is fitted with mosquito nets. And the best part about the balcony: it has it’s own BBQ if you fancy some of those world famous seafoods. You can find local butchers and fishmongers nearby ( open early at the morning) . The apartment was reasonably cool all day thanks to the thick old walls, but the AC works perfectly if it gets too hot. The hosts are super approachable ,friendly and really care about their guests experience. They will help you with any questions or issues, don’t hesitate to contact them. I read some comments about the wifi in the property but we never experienced any big issues. Yes, it is an island, far away from full fibre network. Don’t expect ultrafast connection, the whole village got quite poor coverage during busy seasons. noticed they even fitted some signal boosters , it is enough to watch some series, scroll your socials and send emails. If we going to another adventure in Croatia we will definitely stay here. Thank you for our great holiday experience in Tkon ❤️

We've spent 9 beautiful days here in Kraj on Pasman Island. Very comfortable villa, all new equipment, clean and fresh. Nice view from the roof equipped with jacuzzi. 20 meters to the beach and sea. Facility manager (Katarina - hope the spelling is appropriate) was very helpful and friendly with very good contact and reactiveness. Hope to be back there in a near future.

We stayed in this holiday home at Pasman for a week in October. Villa Flaveico is located in the middle of the island and has a beautiful terrace and garden with lots of greenery. The inside of the house is very clean and a lot of attention has been paid to creating a pleasant atmosphere. We can highly recommend this holiday home.

Location is nice, few meters from the sea. The host is very kind. Behind the house there is a nice garden. On the beach, there is no shadow, which can be a problem for small children. But you can find shadow on the island nearby.

Beautiful aptartman and view from the terase (btw terase is placed out of apartman upstairs). A few restaurans near by. Good location for trips to the island. Private parking. I recomend it.
