The location is superb—just steps from the beach, with a charming wooded area nearby that offers a peaceful retreat from the afternoon sun without needing to head back to your room. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and natural beauty. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared to cater to a wide range of tastes. Our dinner at The Moise was nothing short of extraordinary. A fine-dining experience that was contemporary and experimental, yet deeply rooted in the island’s heritage. The use of exceptional quality produce, sourced locally and prepared with bold creativity, resulted in dishes that were both innovative and emotionally connected to the territory. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the flawless guest experience were all at a Michelin-star level. The young and passionate team truly impressed us, with a sous-chef whose talent and dedication shine through in every plate. The wine pairing is a must — perfectly curated to elevate each course to new heights. Simply unforgettable, and an experience I would recommend to any food lover visiting Cres.
