This place is just perfect. My room was number 5, high enough to don’t get any noise from the road. They come to clean everyday, everything was so clean and well conserved. Loved the views of the ocean from the bed and the outside sofa. I worked from there everyday and the WiFi was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room very silent at night. Didn’t use the kitchen a lot but it was nice to have one. And all the staff is very friendly and kind, they helped me a lot always with a smile. Had dinner there many nights (always good food), enjoyed some time in the pool… Booked for 2 nights and ended up staying for a week. Didn’t really want to leave. After 2 months in Bali this hotel is where I feel the most comfortable.

The setup was great for families with a kitchen and excellent AC. It was very clean and comfortable. Solid construction which meant it was quiet and blocked out the roosters and dogs for the most part. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and easily coordinated scooters and laundry. The grounds were beautiful and the villas were far enough apart to give a good level of privacy. The swing seat on the front port along with the fans were luxurious! Close to beautiful Lipah beach.

The service was great, and the staff were very accommodating. When I needed the bathroom refreshed, it was taken care of right away. The staff arranged a snorkeling trip for me, which was a highlight, and recommended a nearby restaurant within a two-minute walk, which was absolutely perfect. The property is right on the beachfront; just a few steps down and you’re in the sea. Highly recommend! I look forward to returning.

Absolutely stunning, brand new accommodation. Everything one could need for a peaceful and comfortable stay with amazing views and the most beautiful private pool. A cook will come to your kitchen and provide whatever meals you’d like to order from their extensive menu, you can visit the trattoria across the road for delicious Italian dishes or nearby restaurants are happy to deliver. The kitchen has a gas stove top, kettle, toaster and blender and is well stocked. They provide beer and soft drinks in the full sized fridge at extra cost, but a lovely convenience. It’s within walking distance of the best snorkeling spots in Amed in my opinion with the beach opposite being sandy instead of rocks. The staff are all friendly and more than helpful, accommodating any request or issue. They also organised a scooter to hire for my 5 night stay.

We went in the low season.

We went in the low season. Though it rained a few times, we loved the peacefulness of the area. Perfect for snorkeling and relaxing. I visited Ubud and Uluwatu at the end of my trip and was blown away by how busy it was, (particularly Ubud). I wish I had stayed in Amed longer, but we wanted to be closer to the airport.

Amed is low key and a bit ramshackle.

Amed is low key and a bit ramshackle. I liked it for those reasons. Background of dramatic mountains. Vibe is completely different to other parts of Bali. It’s not a party location and there is no glossy posse.

Amed is such a peaceful location perfect for people wanting to enjoy scuba, snorkeling, massage, nice food and beautiful scenery. It was very affordable, and you could do as little or as much as you wanted in terms of activities.

Amed is essentailly frequented by the diving community due to the many outstanding dive locations in the immediate vicinity, and there are numerous restaurants (Warungs) which are very reasonably priced. Easy to explore the local area by hiring a scooter.

Loved Amed but was only there for 2 nights, would definately...

Loved Amed but was only there for 2 nights, would definately go back for longer. Beautiful people and amazing local food. Great spot if you dont want the hussle and bussle of Kuta/Seminyak or Legian. The black beach was gorgeous and the sunsets were amazing, Great place for divers/snorkelling and fishing.

Amed was lovely, found some great eating places that were really reasonable. Gusto, Galangal, Warranga Amed with live music and fabulous hosts, Sunset view restaurant )the lower key more traditional one) the other Sunset view was too upmarket and commercialised. We loved riding around on the scooters and felt it was quiet enough to feel safe. Really enjoyed getting up into the hills from there to see the rural lifestyles.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We spent a lot of time at the hotel relaxing and swimming. You are greeted with a cold towel, welcome drink and massage on arrival. The breakfast was very generous and the best one that was included with our room during our time in Bali. Snorkelling is nice right out the front of the hotel. Staff are super attentive and remember your name. The spa is on the second floor from 2pm - 10pm. It overlooks the ocean - I had a pedi and manicure and late massage. We extended by 1 night, bed is huge.

Comeon was the best homestay on Bali for now, the room was spacious and clean, bathroom large and the garden beautiful. Bed has mosquito net and one can use the fridge. It's in a side street so its quiet, but its 5 minutes walk to the beach and amazing Warung for food. The hosts are so friendly and we got only good advice from them (where to hike, the conditions for snorkeling). We would love to come back!!

My wife and I had a fabulous stay at Bali Bhuana so much so we extend for 4 more days. Perfectly positioned far enough away from the road so little traffic noise and wow what a view. Villas are clean comfortable pool amazing. Located in a nice part of Amed, close to some of the best restaurants in town. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast perfect eggs 🍳 😁 Will definitely be returning

Beautifull hotel on beach. With great view on the ocean and with nice pool. Hotel restaurant is very good and all hotel staff are very nice and very helpful. Also. We had the best massage in Bali in the hotel. We loved the hotel that we extended our stay. You can do snoeklling 10mins walk on the right of the hotel and we saw turtlle and many fish's. Coral are very beautiful Good value of money

This was the nicest hotel that we stayed at in Bali, the room was very clean. The location was very good, walking distance to nice cafes and restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, she arranged transport for us out of Amed as grab doesn't work in the area. The breakfast was also delicious. We would definitely stay there again.
