Location is strategic for those who just came very late from airport and on the way to the city center. The kindness of the staff is a positive point too.

Beyond our expectations. A very beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We were there for a short trip to Jakarta during our honeymoon, and we even received a little cake—so cute! Thanks to Fitri, who helped us so much during our stay.

It is said family room but only sofa for 2 ppl and one chair available, no table infront of sofa. Its better more seats and short table. Balcony is good but covered by working desk. Its better move to below the TV The space of room is quite ok but seems not in effective arrangement for a family with visitors. Maybe Push bed a bit to left; give more space at sofa n balcony for family hang out.. No hanger for clothes in the bathroom. They didnt give two cards for us; thus two persons must be together all time, while guests might hv different occations.

This place is a scam. The room is full of damp and filth, with conditions unfit for anyone to stay in. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. I made a 20-day reservation but didn’t stay even one day. I definitely do not recommend it. They didn’t refund my money. Stay far, far away.

I really liked about their timely response. I was planning to go on a business tour to Jakarta and I had to submit a direct hotel confirmation to my visa office in order to get the visa approval. Though I contacted several hotels, this was the only place I got a response on time. I really appreciate this. Apart from this the hotel staff was very polite & welcoming. The room was spacious, breakfast provided on time & it was tasty.
