I love the Java-chic unique style of this place and cosy atmosphere.

Wonderful place. Sapciosu rooms and bathrooms, great aircon, pool overlooking the rice paddies, a little paradise. And the staff is welcoming friendly and efficient.

Very big clean and comfort rooms

Clean rooms, affordable price, friendly staff, location was also really good.

Staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant, friendly, bright and cheerful at all times making for a special stay. Excellent location for supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, tour companies, and key tourist destinations. Super clean throughout and all facilities felt very new. Swimming pool, gym and cafe. Even though we were here during Ramadan the staff did a great job providing us with a good breakfast. Staff responded immediately to minor issues and requests.

It was so relaxing, we extended an extra day

The gym was well equipped. The pool was clean and big enough for swimming. The staff was very friendly. We had a big and tasty breakfast (we could choose between an indonesian or an american breakfest) for 3€ per Person

We had a beautiful stay at Joglo Mandapa Boutique Hotel & Resto in Kasihan, Bantul. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing, a perfect escape from the busy pace of travel. The rooms were very spacious with soft comfortable beds that made it easy to fully unwind after long days exploring Yogyakarta. Everything was quiet at night which we really appreciated, and the entire property has a calm tropical atmosphere. One of the highlights was the authentic Javanese decor throughout the hotel. The traditional timber architecture and detailed design inside and out gave the place real character and made it feel uniquely Indonesian rather than just another modern hotel. The pool area was fantastic and became one of our favourite spots to relax during the afternoons. The restaurant and bar were also excellent, with good food, cold drinks and friendly service in a lovely setting. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and always happy to help. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful with authentic Java charm, big comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere, we would happily recommend Joglo Mandapa.
