The staff were amazing. The view and facilities were incredible.

We loved the location, the big garden, the restaurant with nice food, good prices, it was very family friendly, my 2 year old loved to stay here :)

Lovely staff and a perfect location for me, being within easy walking distance from the botanic gardens, beratan temple and lake. I slept very well here and really liked the room. I enjoyed the breakfast here and it was a very peaceful place overall situated up on the hill with cool air and fantastic views. Thank you so much

Beautiful place with comfortable amenities and a lovely atmosphere. The location is very convenient, as it is about a 35-minute walk from Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. This is especially helpful because transportation options in the area can be quite limited.

Manoul good and kind person Wonderful plce

The staff were very helpful. The room and facilities were excellent.

Do not underestimate how cold the Bedugul area can be…pack a jacket!! I loved the electric blanket, heated towel rail and the fact that the shower was almost instantly hot when you opened the tap. The room is not massive but there’s more than enough space. I loved the fact that there was so much cupboard space. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assisted with everything we needed (even when I needed a tailor to fix my broken handbag!) We rented scooters from them - all good. I loved the resident cat!! This is not a very big hotel and you never feel surrounded by loads of people. Their seating area at the lake (where you could also order food & drinks) very peaceful and really special.

The staff was very plesant and friendly, they helped us with getting our laundry within half a day since we were in a rush. Aida and dayu were exceptional in many ways. They always accomadated to our needs and was really nice and smiling all the time. The rooms are just like in picture, super clean and new. The room and bathroom smelled amazing and we really loved the bathroom space since it was huge.

Paradise is very nice! Simply the most magical place I’ve ever stayed. See it to believe it. It’s the most relaxing rejuvenating soulful place. The staff accommodation food and views are 11/10

The location. Right on the lake. Such a beautiful view

wonderful place in the middle of nowhere. their cooks create wonderful dishes. the little house is cosy, clean. the bed is comfortble. you can make your own tea and they have filtered water. every day they offer some activities (e.g. Yoga class or making a hat out of coconutleaves) The pictures on booking do not do justice to the accommodation. it is even more beautyful. the staff is very nice. they love children and they where so nice to our daughter. we can recommend this place.

We arrived on the first day and were welcomed by the staff. At first we had the villa with a hill view. The staff offered us a free upgrade. The rooms are clean and look like the pictures. The staff does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was on time every day and delicious. We had several delicious meals in the restaurant. In short, our stay was a great experience

The villa was very very nice. The staff very nice.

The staff at this Hotel are without exception outstanding. Absolutely nothing was a problem to them. They truly exceeded our expectations and ensured our stay was superb.

Lovely place with nice view. Breakfast straight to the room. Massage amazing.

The view, the food, the pool, the service, everything!

The location was great close to the lake and Bali Bike Park where we were riding

Everything The view is incredible Hot shower and comfy bed

Dian and Andre welcomed us very well. Dian is in tune with her clients. The location is very nice with a nice view. Only some bungalows in the resort which is enough to feel freedom in the middle of the jungle. There are many choices for the breakfast. And the food is very good!
