Everything! From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we felt like valued guests. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. The facilities were next level with the waterpark, pools, carefully curated activities and multiple dining choices. Plus they have the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on. The Hotel really lives up to its 5 star rating. Beautiful Hotel and excellent staff. Reception staff were very professional as were the staff in the Skyline bar where we had a superb dinner. Only stayed one night but would return in a heartbeat. Outstanding hospitality.

Cozy and minimalistic room with a comfy futon bed and a large window. The staff was very polite and helpful. Both the lobby and the room are stylish and modern. The location is very central but the room was quiet nonetheless. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which is perfect for a short stay in Semarang.
