Near to the event area, very comfy bed

Very helpful staff, property is clean and airy, have all the basic amenities. Good value for money

Exceptional service from all the staff. Very accommodating, polite and efficient. Rooms were well maintained. Family enjoyed their stay. Look forward to returning in future.

We checked in quite late at night and requested an extra bed for our family. The concierge as well as the staff were very nice, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Excellent service & friendly staff

Great hospitality, staffs are prompt, helpful and courteous. Room is comfortable & near the airport

Excellent labelled but same menu every morning.

They were so patience managing our booking eventho it was last minutes booking. They also smilling and make our worst day better as we were cancelled by previous hotel. And when we come to this hotel, we are so happy with their service and shout out to the 2 of receptionist on that night.

Room, pool and gym. Location too.

I somehow mistakenly booked without breakfast. I like the room size, layout, ample space under the table, the lighting setting, and the spacious wardrobe. The extra sight of a train (KRL?) passing by now and then was a pleasant sight (probably because we live in an area where there are no trains since we live in Bali).

Location is strategic for those who just came very late from airport and on the way to the city center. The kindness of the staff is a positive point too.

Clean and nice ambience. Good breakfast selection.

Need to upgrade and more clean toilet..

Walkable distance to Indonesian Convention Centre where I had most of my work Aircon was working

THERE IS NOTHING THERE TO LIKE

Is cool 😎 I enjoyed my stay
