Best Hotel I ever was, the breakfast was the best I ever experienced and I do travel a lot. Many different dishes to chosse from, real good coffee, real fruit juices and each day other dishes. The staff is the friendliest you can imagine. Best Aircon I ever had, individually perfect adjustable. Comfy bed and very clean. Roomservice is fast and delicious. On top is a rooftop Bar and a pool. I specially liked that I could open the window, even I stayed in the 12th floor and the curtans reallyblock light. You don't hear banging doors and in the hallway is carpet. I totally recomend this place

New hotel nearby Aeon mall BSD, quite, not far from airport and popular places in Tangerang. I got upgraded room for 5 nights.

It is said family room but only sofa for 2 ppl and one chair available, no table infront of sofa. Its better more seats and short table. Balcony is good but covered by working desk. Its better move to below the TV The space of room is quite ok but seems not in effective arrangement for a family with visitors. Maybe Push bed a bit to left; give more space at sofa n balcony for family hang out.. No hanger for clothes in the bathroom. They didnt give two cards for us; thus two persons must be together all time, while guests might hv different occations.

They were so patience managing our booking eventho it was last minutes booking. They also smilling and make our worst day better as we were cancelled by previous hotel. And when we come to this hotel, we are so happy with their service and shout out to the 2 of receptionist on that night.

Location is strategic for those who just came very late from airport and on the way to the city center. The kindness of the staff is a positive point too.

Walkable distance to Indonesian Convention Centre where I had most of my work Aircon was working

Value for money clean in a good location. Originally booked for 2 nights and move to another hotel instead we extended for another 6 nights.
