As tourists, we were very pleasantly surprised during our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the staff friendly,. The beds were the best we’ve had on Sumatra. The location is also great, plenty of nice places to eat nearby and easy to reach with Grab.

The location just walking distance to the mall with lots of food choices.. The receptionist and the bell boy very good helping the guest unload the bags from the rental car..the breakfast also good with so many food varieties.. Will always stay here everytime come to aceh.

We booked here only for one night and it was OK. We have been in other five star hotels and this one is in comparisson a province five stars. For the price fully OK, not much to complain, except that there were only 1 bath towel per person provided, no face towel. Our rooms needed some renovation but was clean and quiet. The personal is proffesional and friendly. They stored our luggage while we visited the town. The breakfast was great, lot of choice and live counters. Mostly Asian food, which was delicious (we avoid Western food while in Asia).
