I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us. Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits. One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Great concept, clean and lovely staff. Has all the amenities you would need and is a great base to travel around the area. Good AC and also a big window for fresh air. We stayed 3 times to reset between exploring and loved it so much we kept coming back.

We stayed for one night at this modern hotel, which has lovely facilities, including a swimming pool, gym and children’s playroom. In addition, there is a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking the countryside and the temples. We were treated extremely well by all the members of staff in particular Prima, who was the manager on duty. The chef Fendri, provided us with a traditional manadoan breakfast which was delicious. The rooms are well equipped, beautiful views, and have all the facilities you would expect from a good quality hotel. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who requires a night or two in the outskirts of Manado and it is only 20 minutes from the airport.
