Very nice hotel, modern, clean with great staff. A lot of restaurants with many different cuisins as well. They also booked us private tours and guides for Tumpak Sewy waterfall and the mount Bromo. Highly recommend!

This is a remarkable hotel with amazing staff,food & leisure facilities to make your trip so enjoyable. We actually extended our stay . The rooftop bar & restaurant is so relaxing after being out touring the beautiful Malang attractions . The pool is large & clean & the breakfast would have to be the best in java .Jacob the manager runs a smart hotel with all the staff so friendly. We will be back

The hotel is super central in Malang and within walking distance from the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I even forgot my headphones in the room and they placed them at the reception. The breakfast was huge and super delicious. They even called us so that we do not miss the breakfast. The dinner in the Sky Lounge is also super tasty and very affordable. We can fully recommend to stay there.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations we absolutely loved it.

The rooms were nice and clean and made up every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly making the stay a great experience. The rooftop, pool, restaurants are great as well. It is a good location within walking distance to the city centre and close to local cafes and restaurants. It is a great starting point for the Mt. Bromo and Tumpak Sewu tours.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, they have 24h reception service and the breakfast buffet is delicious and very varied indonesian cuisine. They offer parking service too and held our luggage for the day after checkout. Rooms are super clean and they provide toiletries.

It was a pleasure to stay at this place. Very clean room, excellent view of the mountains and city. The pool is long enough. The room was quiet and I did not hear other neighbors. It didn't take long to check in. I visited the gym, it is quite small but still I managed to work out

The room looks pretty and the bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep.

Very good area with very good restaurants and colorful village in a walkable distance, also close to the train station. The hotel is very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great view of Malang from my room

Good location, asked to move room because we were accidentally given the wrong room type and the staff moved everything for us while we were out at Bromo - excellent service.

The cleanliness..to maintain the hygiene..all towels in the plastic bag..which i never found in other 3star hotel..the staff at reservation also very helpful.

Pleasant hotel close to the centre of Malang, on a busy main road. Staff super-friendly and helpful. Twin room was OK - nothing special - but clean and comfortable. 'Bathroom' comprised an open shower and toilet, and the wash basin was outside the door in a small alcove. Very comfortable and clean beds. Little disturbance from the traffic outside.
