I had a very memorable and comfortable stay here at Tentrem Jakarta. It has the same standard as the other sites at Jogjakarta and Semarang, and the location is here is very convenient. Plenty facilities that can be accessed, including gym, swimming pool, spa, and kids club. The restaurants are varied with the local Indonesian, Chinese food, Italian food options available.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel and I was quite sad to leave. The staff were amazing - so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was luxurious, with class and elegance- but yet comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit western or Asian palates. There is an all day alicante menu with great choices of starters, mains and desserts. There is also a pastry cabinet located in the foyer fir a mid afternoon snack. The location is very convenient...a close walk to MRT station block A or even a small mall. Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend this hotel. Shhhh don't tell too many others!

The world class service, everything was high end and luxurious. Especially I would love to mention that I was in a sad mood because I came to Jakarta for a GD concert but got scammed for the tickets and the hotel understood my situation, they provided me a lot of compliments, filled my bath, made me feel better, were so nice to me. They showed me that this hotel is worth coming back many times. The food tasted amazing, the staff was so lovely and took care of each detail, the room was spacious and the view was amazing. Beautiful hotel and the service was impeccable. We celebrated a birthday and the staff had planned a welcome surprise that made our stay extra special. The breakfast selection is great and set in a nice courtyard. Overall, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the Dharmawangsa - couldn’t recommend it more!
