I became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. The room was spacious and clean (although the bathroom felt a bit dated, probably because the building is older). The staff were very friendly and responded promptly to any requests.

The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet and in good location to reach everything by walking but also quick to airport or harbour with grab taxi. 😊 Mr Randy was always there for us (day and night). Super friendly and helped us with planning our trip to the thousand islands. Ms Ratna was super friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to help us organise a laundry service even on the biggest holiday of the year when everything was closed. Overall we had a great experience in this Brix Hotel.
