The check in was very fast and the staff were super helpful in providing all the information needed for my following day’s flight. Provided free shuttle service to the airport terminal, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very helpful to provide everything you need - Restaurant food was super good and the waiter Arif was extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall I am pleased with the exceptional customer service you usually find in Indonesia, and next time I have a connecting flight at Jakarta Airport that requires overnight stay, I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay near Soekarno Hatta Airport in Jakarta .

Nice and quiet hotel on a good location. Airport shuttle transport is very efficient and on time. Close to the airport, but also close to the city centre by taxi. Room was nice and clean, clean and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. Wifi worked well.

We loved our stay at the hotel! From the pick up at the airport to the check out, everything was perfect. We really loved the surprise which the hotel staff had prepared at our room for our wedding anniversary. All the flowers and the letters written with palm leaves were so nice. The restaurant staff was very friendly as well and they invited us to a wedding anniversary desert, which was another very friendly gesture. Thank you once again, for making our stay so remarkable, we will definitely come back!

If you want to stay near the airport while enjoying a peaceful and quiet green oasis away from Jakarta’s city noise, FM7 is the perfect choice. Spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, wifi, 2 restaurants + a cafe on site, and the spa/gym facilities add up to a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful and includes both local and western options. But the highlight od this resort is the staff and their professionalism, patience, kindness, and generosity. Terima kasih Sabila and everyone else at the reception, restaurants, welcome and transfer desk, and the spa. You made my stay absolutely wonderful.

We absolutely loved our short stay at this new hotel. It was just a short overnight transit and we needed a nice place to just chill and unwind, closed to the airport but yet affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised about how good this hotel is. Located inside the terminal which is a plus point (can drag the arrival trolley all the way to the hotel lobby), very comfortable mattress and pillows (at least to my liking), spacious room and a good shower pressure. Will definitely come back here for my next transit in Jakarta

The best place to stay close to the airport. Very clean, buffet breakfast. Good wifi. The restaurant serves good food with resonable prices. If you take a late flight you can just wait in the lobby or restaurant.

Location wise, all the amenities were just a stone through away. Seafood restaurant was just across the road, a huge shopping centre Ramayana was just beside the hotel. Clean, nice views from the reception as well as warm staff. I always believed that it’s the people and the not the place that makes the difference. Here both were great. A special upgrade to the staff. Friendly, warm and they go an extra mile to help their customers. Hats off to the staff.
