I had a truly wonderful time. The family is absolutely lovely, warm, kind, and always willing to help. The food was incredibly delicious and freshly prepared, using local ingredients, every meal felt nourishing and made with love. The location is a bit remote, but still within reasonable distance from the beach and local shops. If you're looking to immerse yourself in a peaceful, rural lifestyle and connect with the local community, this is the perfect place. It's not about luxury or modern comforts, so if you're expecting hot showers and hotel-style amenities, it may not be for you. But if you're open to something different and authentic, you’ll love it here. Overall, an unforgettable experience that gave me a genuine taste of local farming life. Highly recommended for those seeking something meaningful and off the beaten path.

Really beautiful property right on the rice fields, woke up to luscious green fields every morning and had amazing sunsets in the evening. The best thing about the property however are the staff genuinely some of the kindest and accommodating Indonesian people I've ever met. Special mention to Wyn who helped recommend several places in the local area and was all around amazing.

A place that is actually better than the photos! The owners are so kind and accommodating. I am a solo female traveller and felt completely safe. Such a beautiful stay! I recommend requesting the top floor, so much space and awesome view with sunrise and set over rice fields. Don’t be put off that it is close to the toad, is quiet still! Big thank you!

Loved the view - even better than we expected and one of the only hotels that we saw that had a good view of the volcano. Very friendly and helpful staff, options for tours or can rent a scooter if you want to explore by yourself. We picked the family cabin which had a huge deck and direct views of the fields and volcano. Surprisingly big pool with floaties. Ate at the restaurant each night and it had good options.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Indonesia. The hotel and restaurant are owned by a lovely family. They were always willing to help us in everything, and gave us very good recommendations, taking care of every detail. It was a pleasure to meet them. The food in the restaurant is homemade and without a doubt the best local food I have tasted in Indonesia. It is located on a beautiful farm and the views of the rice fields from the bungalow are breathtaking. The bungalow is perfectly equipped and very well located. I can't recommend this place more highly. Eva&Hugo
