I love the entire experience. The personal was so professional and good, the room was awesome and it had a good bed. I liked how clean the entire hotel was, the service quality was top notch. The food was good. Car parking was easy and I was helped even if there as difficulties. The view out of the hotel to anywhere was beautiful. I will be returning for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights at Ruma Kaca, Tiolina’s beautiful “house of glass” in Simanindo, and it was truly special. The view over Lake Toba, the lush garden full of flowers and plants, and even the small Batak culture museum make this place unforgettable. Tiolina is an exceptional host, incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged a driver to show us around the island and gave great advice for taking the ferry. The food was delicious, and nothing was ever too much to ask. The location is outstanding, and if you get the chance, ask her to sing! Her traditional Batak songs accompanied by her slightly out-of-tune piano only add to the charm of this magical place.

I really love how fast the staff responds us. We came late in the evening, around 10 pm. Then, we asked if it was possible to upgrade the room as we thought the booked room was not that spacious of 4 of us. They only added 100k for bigger and better room which is really good price. The room is so nice, very clean, and the bed is quite spacious as well

Such a happy vibe from all the staff & especially Yuliette & Monica for their excellent knowledge of Tuktuk & surrounding areas to help your travels. The breakfast was grand looking over the pool & lake & totally yum ! Totally relaxed throughout our stay & just love Tuktuk for the best restaurants & a township of the most amazing happy people .
