We had a twin deluxe room and were very impressed with the quality of the room and the breakfast provided! The staff at reception were so lovely and warm as were the young men assisting with bags and doors. An extremely comfortable and well appointed hotel on wonderful Ternate! Across the road is Royals restaurant which has a diverse menu (lots of vegetarian) and if you ask they sometimes have beer additionally.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They clean the room every day.

As already stated by others, the villa is outside Ternate city center so you need a car or motorbike to go around. We did not feel confident to ride a bike or drive a car as the traffic was too hectic so we decided to purchase the tour around the island and the one to the island of Tidore offered by the hotel. We enjoyed both days. The ride from the airport is IDR150/200k. From the villa you can walk 15min downhill to the main road where there's a little Indomarket and some street food/warung. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights. Food was excellent. Also breakfast was good (nice to be outside in the garden). Our room (room D) had a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Room cleaning takes place every two days. In case you need to change money in Ternate you can go to Mandiri Bank the one on Jl. Nukila (they accept only 100USD bills). Avoid the money changer on Jl Kapitan Pattimura as it is a rip off.
