We Loved The Location away from the Crowds of the tourist Area in Ireland . And as we had a bit of rain its was still a very pretty location. The Food was very Good a little Expensive for us as our Dollar was weak against the Euro .

Nuala was so welcoming, very friendly and very helpful. It is ideally located if you want to do the loop head one day, go to the burren and cliffs of moher another day. There was cereals, bread, scones, milk, butter and jam for breakfast. You could bring your own food also and cook it there if you like. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place, warm welcome. Perfect location. Highly recommend staying here. My daughter was won over with the perfect pancake, something her Mother never achieves. And she loved her own little "Alcove" room.

Loved our stay at Sycamore Lodge. Simply put, Garry and Isabelle were the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. They were incredibly accommodating after having some trouble with travel and needing to move back the booking by a day on short notice. Everything about Sycamore Lodge was brilliant. The room was so comfortable, The food that Garry and Isabelle cooked each morning, the coffee was divine, being welcomed with a glass of wine, and arriving down to breakfast to our favourite music being played in the room. Garry and Isabelle honestly leave absolutely no stone unturned in making sure you have the best possible experience staying at Sycamore Lodge. Whatever you think above and beyond looks like, Garry and Isabelle go above and beyond that. Otis is also simply hands down the all time undisputed best boy in the world. If you are a dog lover you will L O V E staying at Sycamore Lodge. We will definitely be returning soon and often in the future!

The place was very clean 👌 the bed was comfy, there was everything you would need for a night's stay. Access to the kitchen and a shower right beside the pods, toilet and a sink inside the pod. There's even a mirror in the pod that was a saviour for our trip. Close to the town but a quiet place, animals on the other side of the fence that make the experience even more fun. Very nice and friendly owners. If I come back to Kilkee I'll definitely book this Pod again. A place that was supposed to be only a bed to sleep on became a great, memorable experience on it's own and we were sad to leave it behind. I'd give it more than 10/10 if I had a chance. Definitely worth a visit.

Location ideal for wedding in the Armada. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Kitchenette if needed to cook(we didn’t) , lots of cafes for brekki nearby. Warm- was v cold outside but we were snug.

Perfect location to explore, just beautiful home away from...

Perfect location to explore, just beautiful home away from home. Would go back in a heartbeat. Excellent hosts so helpful. So close to Kilkee for eating out, and fab drive up the coast to Doolin...McGarrs bar just a cracker for food. Make sure to have full tank of petrol or diesel!

Being 10km from Kilkee and the Pollock Holes which are...

Being 10km from Kilkee and the Pollock Holes which are natural sea water pools was wonderful for swimming. White Strand was 20min walk and 10min drive. Also we had a boat trip out to the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin. Highly recommend this area for a lovely restful quiet holiday with plenty of good sea air on the Wild Atlantic Way. Had dinner in Morrisseys Doonbeg and lunch in Trump Hotel.

stayed in the bungalow in glascloune, doonbeg hosted by Brigit and pat kelly. Couldn't meet nicer people, they would go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable holiday trip. The Bungalow was absolutely spotless, cozy, spacious, and had free wifi. we would recommend this bungalow for any couple or family. The White strand beach is only a 2 mins drive away and the village of Doonbeg is 5 mins drive where you find pubs, restaurants, and local shop. We will definitely be returning again to the Bungalow Padraic and Bernie

I loved my stay in Doonbeg.

I loved my stay in Doonbeg. The view from the cottages is beautiful and there is loads to do in the area. You need a car though as nothing is within walking distance. Thankfully, Trump's resort is more or less hidden from view and you can completely ignore it. The people are lovely and kind and helpful.

Very nice, spotlessly clean, small apartment. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Martina met us to hand over the keys, gave us some suggestions for restaurants, etc. She was very flexiable about check in/out times. A pleasure to deal with. Great location to explore south Clare - Kilkee, Loop Head, etc. Couple of very nice restaurants in Doonbeg town and a small supermarket which was great for picking up breakfast.

Had a lovely stay here, such a cute place surrounded by horses. Peaceful & quiet, nice room with comfy beds and very clean. Linda was very nice and provided great recommendations. You would need a car if you’re staying here, it’s quite rural but location wasn’t an issue for us as we had the car and the surrounding area is lovely only a short drive to Doonbeg & Kilkee where there are lots of nice food options.

We attended a wedding at Doonbeg International Golf Club and booked Behan Lodge for 1 night. We had a great nights sleep in very comfortable beds. Cathy is very warm and welcoming and the B&B has great character and reflects the original building dated from the 1740’s. Breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this lovely B&B as a base for exploring this area of County Clare.

The bungalow is situated with good views of the bay and surrounding countryside. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Michael the owner was very friendly and always on hand if we needed anything. We had a very peaceful relaxing time. The location was excellent, with easy access to Doonbeg village, Kilkee, Kilrush, and the nearest beach was within walking distance.
