IrelandThe entire stay was fantastic, from the second we arrived until we left. We were staying in one of the Link Cottages, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door who checked us in. We enjoyed a lovely lunch in trumps bar and returned again in the evening for dinner (would recommend booking diner), diner was super fresh and tasty as was breakfast the following morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the grounds are gorgeous and super clean with a beach on the doorstep. Would recommend a trip to the spa and a treatment to finish off your trip!

AustraliaIsabelle and Garry were the best hosts, making us feel so welcome in their beautiful lodge. From welcome barista style coffee and carrot cake to chats in the evening by a gorgeous open fire. They bent over backwards for us, offering lifts in and out to Kilkee, meeting our dietary needs for breakfast and fulfilling our strange requests for a seaweed bath!! We really loved staying here and cannot wait to visit again.

IrelandThe property was perfect! Was incredibly clean, had excellent heating systems and a very well equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the snacks on arrival and our hosts were awesome! They turned the heating on before we got there so the property was already warm when we arrived. The location was exactly what we needed. Close to the Cliffs of Moher and peaceful and quiet.

IrelandThe property is in a rural location, peaceful and quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Local pubs, restaurants, shops and beaches are all reasonably nearby (10 minute drive at most). The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen/living room, and an upstairs bedroom with ensuite loo and shower. The TV had a Freesat box attached, which gave access to all the main UK channels as well as others. I was also able to connect and use my Fire TV stick, as the free wifi was excellent. The hosts, David and Sinéad, were very welcoming and extremely helpful. This was my first stay at this property, but it won't be my last.

The staff was wonderful and the amenities on the property...
The staff was wonderful and the amenities on the property were impressive. We played a round of golf at the course which was magnificent. They had just hosted the Irish Open but the course was pristine! We stayed in one of the cottages, not the Lodge, and it was awesome! Wish I could have stayed longer but we moved on to another city.

Perfect location to explore, just beautiful home away from home. Would go back in a heartbeat. Excellent hosts so helpful. So close to Kilkee for eating out, and fab drive up the coast to Doolin...McGarrs bar just a cracker for food.
Make sure to have full tank of petrol or diesel!

Being 10km from Kilkee and the Pollock Holes which are...
Being 10km from Kilkee and the Pollock Holes which are natural sea water pools was wonderful for swimming. White Strand was 20min walk and 10min drive. Also we had a boat trip out to the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin. Highly recommend this area for a lovely restful quiet holiday with plenty of good sea air on the Wild Atlantic Way. Had dinner in Morrisseys Doonbeg and lunch in Trump Hotel.

stayed in the bungalow in glascloune, doonbeg hosted by Brigit and pat kelly. Couldn't meet nicer people, they would go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable holiday trip. The Bungalow was absolutely spotless, cozy, spacious, and had free wifi. we would recommend this bungalow for any couple or family. The White strand beach is only a 2 mins drive away and the village of Doonbeg is 5 mins drive where you find pubs, restaurants, and local shop. We will definitely be returning again to the Bungalow Padraic and Bernie

I loved my stay in Doonbeg.
I loved my stay in Doonbeg. The view from the cottages is beautiful and there is loads to do in the area. You need a car though as nothing is within walking distance. Thankfully, Trump's resort is more or less hidden from view and you can completely ignore it. The people are lovely and kind and helpful.

Very nice, spotlessly clean, small apartment. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Martina met us to hand over the keys, gave us some suggestions for restaurants, etc. She was very flexiable about check in/out times. A pleasure to deal with.
Great location to explore south Clare - Kilkee, Loop Head, etc. Couple of very nice restaurants in Doonbeg town and a small supermarket which was great for picking up breakfast.

You get what it says on the tin. All the facilities needed, comfortable and clean. Location is lovely only 3KM outside doonbeg. Local to all the sites. We had a wedding in Spanish point. Only €60 for a taxi for 6 at 3am home. Views are fabulous and I’d say it super in the summer BBQ and beers at the front. Bottle bin was handy and recycling bin also.

Loved our weekend stay at the Cosy Barn. Old style vintage feel , spotlessly clean. Brigid and Pat are so welcoming and certainly make you feel at home. Really peaceful and quiet and not too far from Doonbeg and Kilkee. Beautiful part of the country.
