The staff were amazingly helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed when we had to make an impromptu stay in Tipperary due to the sudden snowfall. The hotel was a wonderful place to be stranded - we had a delicious carvery before enjoying the pool and spa. The room was immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. We had a wonderful breakfast too. Special thanks to the maintenance team who helped us get out of the car park in all the snow and even cut a safe path all the way to my car with a shovel so that my pregnant sister would get there safely - we are very grateful for incredible service that went above and beyond and look forward to staying again!

I was speechless! How it's an amazing place , I could stay more nights , have a good location, and near to everything! Our room it was clean and fresh, it was more than we expected. Hotel deserves more stars.

I liked everything. the surrounding is amazing. the room was big, and stunning view. we had the dinner, was perfect. And breakfast had everything.

What a great little find this place was. It's oldschool in the best sense of the term - no fuss, just a really comfortable and spacious bedroom in a lovely victorian house, and a clean bathroom. It has lots of touches that make it feel like a hotel (slippers and dressing gown provided etc) but at about half the price of a convenitonal hotel room. The breakfast was surprisingly good - a selection of cheeses and ham, croissants, cereals, orange juice, toast, and fruit. Highly recommended, and handy for Limerick and Shannon airport.

Very quiet location. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond for us. Very clean, plenty of storage for hanging clothes, spacious bathroom. The space is attached to the hosts home but has a hallway to divide which makes it private. Would definitely stay again.
