Friendly staff , clean room & public living room with pool was great to chill out

Very nice room, they don’t serve breakfast but you can make yourself coffee in the morning. Very quiet and pleasant area. Limited amenities but I believe that’s because they just opened.

Here's a polished review: I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, about a 25-minute walk from the city centre. There are also bars, restaurants, and shops close to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, especially the two ladies from Poland and Portugal, who made me feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything, location was 25 walk to temple bar 3 minutes walk to the bus, very comfortable bed ,nice rooms clean, staff couldn't be nice especially Gabriela who was very lovely to talk to and gave me the best tips on where to see Irish dancing and I enjoyed it so much. The highlight for me was I never felt safer as a female solo traveller the hotel has instructions in every female toilet on what to do if you feel something is not right and also fire instructions to people with hearing issues. Shout out to who ever came up with these ideas and to the managers who applied them. I knew that not knowing anyone in Ireland I could reach out to the staff and get help which really made me feel safe and happy so thank you.

Great location, small but cozy room, everything we needed. Clean and a very good shower with very strong water pressure. Easy to get to the city centre, lovely walk to the beach and Sandymount.

Great location and a beautiful building - easy to find. The rooms are carefully designed and modern. My bed was super comfy and the shower superb. I was made to feel so welcome and the staff are extremely helpful. Exceptionally good value for money. I wish I was staying another night!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful staff, great food and beautiful hotel

Everything was catered for : great thought and care was taken to make this an exceptionally comfortable guesthouse. Spotless linen, great shower, well equipped rooms, on site parking, dinner and breakfast both a delight to enjoy.

Location good as wanted to be close to Sandymount

Everything was fantastic—the property, the rooms, and the staff. I highly recommend it! The manager of the hotel restaurant was incredible. Despite it being Christmas time and the restaurant being very busy, she maintained a high level of professionalism and prepared a sweet surprise for us. I’ve attached a picture. A big thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. You made our stay memorable!

The room was spotless, bed was huge and super comfy. Bonus was that the view was beautiful from the 7th floor and they had a fridge, hairdryer and ironing board which I wasn't expecting. The hotel was in a perfect location, really nice area and only a 20 min walk to the centre. We sat in the bar briefly and it had the football on which was a nice surprise.

Superb service, friendly staff

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Everyone we met, in reception, housekeeping, the coffee shop, were so polite and happy to help. The coffee bar and coffee shop are really nice too.

I like that it’s cheaper than everywhere else

Enormous room with very comfy bed. Easy parking under the hotel. Great dinner, breakfast and service. Lovely pool and spa

All the little details were nice

The hotel is beautiful with a short walk to Killiney Hill. The balcony room had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet had so many hot and cold options. The staff is exceptional!! Had afternoon for the first time in my life. I always stay here when I visit Dalkey. The great option is Aercoach goes to and from Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel and the Dublin Airport. The Dart is also nearby.

The room was clean and stocked with toiletries and toilet paper, tissues, everything you could need and more. Spacious, and the lovely high ceilings were my favourite part.

Cutest Botique Hotel. Small rooms but very comfortable and nice.
