Fab family fun country house with an old worldly feel..beautiful entrance, grounds and the bar and it’s food was just amazing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious & the lovely Ruth honestly couldn’t have done enough for us during our stay! We will be back!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very modern, spotless, and had everything I needed for the night. The bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was great, and I was able to park in a free car park just a 3-minute walk away. We had a lovely evening in the bar downstairs and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the café the next morning. I would happily stay here again.

It’s close proximity to Limerick Junction and Tipperary Town. We ate in the restaurant with family and the staff were really great to us. The room and the bed we had were amazing too. I would come back here again.

I recently stayed at a mountain cabin in Tipperary and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The property was immaculately maintained, beautifully situated, and offered a peaceful setting that made the stay genuinely memorable. Breakfast was continental and plenty of it, it was just unfortunatley unappealing due to the unexpected heat. Nothing was chilled that was sitting out for breakfast. The food in the restauarnt was decent and the overall hotel is clean. The satff was very nice.

Able to check in at 1.00pm. We were told we couldn't. Extra charge if we did. We were attending a wedding in another hotel. Ceremony at 2.30. Fan in room.
