Large resort like hotel out in the country. Beautiful location and the view from our room was exceptional. We had a large room and comfy bed. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner that we had at the hotel. We only stayed one nice but it was a perfect place to rest after a day of driving and sightseeing. Highly recommend it.

We arrived a little before normal check-in time, but Martha was very gracious allowing us to park so we could explore Westport during the early afternoon.
The view from our room and also the outdoor viewing area was spectacular we the whole city at your feet.
The room we were in was spacious, very up to date, and it was the only B&B, during our 2 weeks of travel, that provided a fan for those unusually warm nights in Ireland. Martha catered to our every request and provided an excellent breakfast at our requested time.
On average, 3-star hotels in Westport cost $191 per night, and 4-star hotels in Westport are $243 per night. If you're looking for something really special, a 5-star hotel in Westport can be found for $203 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).
Westport is a gem of a place. Very well kept, tidy and clean with a lot of original character retained. Yes, it's touristy, but that's understandable given it's location. A lot of 'high end' shops with silly prices to match. Eating out, as in most of Ireland is well overpriced and is not good value. You will have to hunt for a good value evening meal.

This is a house, not an apartment, with the living area upstairs and bedrooms on ground floor. The living area is spacious and well equipped. The fact that there is an excellent supermarket across a small car park is very convenient and can make dining cheap if that’s what one wants. There is a terrific selection of restaurants within a 5 minute walk at The Quay. We particularly liked the Luseas Rooftop restaurant in the Westport Coast Hotel.
Thank you for beautifully laundered bed linen and good quality toilet paper, always a good sign.
