There’s nothing to like about the property because we never got to stay there, booked the property a day prior and then called up the hotel staff who’s name is Mr.Aakash, confirmed the booking and even told him that we’ll come . He also told yes sir please come we’ll keep the 2 rooms for you but then we call him after the temple Darshan and he says at 12am that the rooms are sold out because we hadn’t paid advance but only booking was done. What kind of behaviour is this?, worst behaviour I’ve ever seen by a staff member. He’s even sent the location of the hotel and told us to come and then we call him for something and he says no rooms as we gave it to someone else. Worst behaviour ever. Couldn’t reach booking.com customer care also We had go to different town which was 3 hours away as there was no stays in Hassan because of his bad attitude and behaviour.
