Property was excellent and well maintained. Felt at home. Has basic items like Gas stove, RO, Vessels, Cooker, refrigerator etc. if someone wants to cook. Has WiFi, good beds, blankets, Geyser, TV with DRH and speaker, cozy sofa set, washing machine, slippers to wear inside the house, Solar Inverter etc. Overall loved our stay and extended by one more day. Property manager Arshad was always reachable and was able to guide patiently whenever I had questions and accommodated us earlier even though it was intime. Recommended!

The hotel was clean and the installations were new. The staff was extremely polite and helping. As a foreign woman, I felt very safe and comfortable there. I loved the big rooms and ammenities. The staff were super helpful, Ayesha and Shantanu from the helpdesk, our drivers Prince en Tajamul were exceptional. They knew a lot about the history, things to do or see or to eat and they provided us with a lot of tips and knowledge. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well with the staff receiving you warmly, in the morning there is a flutist playing as you get your breakfast and in the evening you can lounge by the pool. It is close enough to everything in Lucknow but also a bit secluded so you can get the rest you need after a long day.
