I loved the big rooms and ammenities. The staff were super helpful, Ayesha and Shantanu from the helpdesk, our drivers Prince en Tajamul were exceptional. They knew a lot about the history, things to do or see or to eat and they provided us with a lot of tips and knowledge. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well with the staff receiving you warmly, in the morning there is a flutist playing as you get your breakfast and in the evening you can lounge by the pool. It is close enough to everything in Lucknow but also a bit secluded so you can get the rest you need after a long day.

The price/quality ratio is crazy good. The food in their restaurant is also amazing. Stayed 7 nights and almost always ate in the hotel. Breakfast also great!

The food in their in-house restaurant was better than most Indian-American restaurants I have eaten at in the USA (and I have tried many of them). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were top-notch. One thing which never seems to be mentioned is that the hotel is about 100 ft from a subway stop! Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until my last morning there. The subway is very clean and patrolled by local police.

We have spent 3 nights at Dileep Hotel and it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, the bedroom was big and tidy, the bathroom was clean. We had towels and toilet paper on request. There was a desk and a sofa in the bedroom, as well as fan and AC, that was really convenient. We had no windows, but at least we were far from the noise coming from the street and it was very quiet. We could chill and rest in the bedroom after some months of traveling non stop, that was very convenient. Plus, the reception is reachable 24/7 and they also provide food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, given in the room. The wifi works super well, which is rare in hotels in India. The location is perfect, with the metro station just 1min walking distance! Also, it was possible to let our luggage in the lobby when we arrived and when we left. We strongly recommend this place to stay!
