Gaurav, the host, exceeded my expectations! Everybody is right about him in the reviews: he's hands-on, friendly, and incredibly resourceful. From picking me up from the railway station to upgrading my stay, his thoughtful gestures made my experience truly special. And, he delivered on the promise of leopard-spotting!  Thanks to his network of safari rangers, we spotted a leopard with her 3 adorable cubs - an unforgettable experience! Gaurav's local knowledge shone through in our Jawai dam visits, where we witnessed breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and even spotted a croc swimming in the waters. His food recommendations were spot-on, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hostel's backyard, sipping beer and chatting about wildlife and rural life. Gaurav's dedication to his guests' comfort is unwavering. He goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. I'm so grateful for his hospitality!

Set in lovely grounds with staff who really look after you. Well appointed accommodation with comfortable beds and it is so quiet at night - we slept really well. Food was excellent - the best we had during our India holiday. The manager will organise leopards safaris for you. We saw leopards on the early morning safari. A member of staff will accompany you on a short walk to the dam area which has stunning scenery.
