The initial booking process had hiccups, However i was extremely overwhelmned with the services provided by the entire staff. The reception staff(Vijay for understanding our needs), the housekeeping,(for decorating the room) the chef (for the special chocolate pancake), the bartender (for the special kid juice) all took care of the smallest little thing and my kid/ family were very happy. The hospitalitly and customer service was nothing less than world class and this could easily be one of the best customer service i have ever received in one go. Kudos to the entire leadership team who have managed to groom the staff so well. Regards, Mackay Fernandes

Great experience in a top notch clean place - you wont find this kind of a hotel for a price that you get with discounts. Staff is friendly and very cooperative - they ensure you dont face any challenges and are there to support in case something comes up.
