The property is located near some very good locations like skogafoss and seljalandfoss and hence it serves as a good stay when you are on the ring road. It has a very homely feeling and the owners make you feel very welcome. They waited for us to arrive late in the night but please inform them upfront. The breakfast is basic but fresh ingredients and the surroundings make it worth and helps you to have a positive start to the day. The place offers a fully functional kitchen for you to cook if you wish so. It's located very close to the town in case you need some groceries or restaurants. They also offer advice on what to see around the place according to the weather conditions. Loved our stay and will return again when we come back to Iceland.

This is actually a nice farm which has a guest house. Really, really spacious apartment. Big bedroom, good size dining room and kitchen, big bathroom and a big hallway with space to leave your luggage. Free parking at the facility. Very pleasant and peaceful surroundings. Pet friendly - a cute dog met us upon arrival. Lots of horses and cows around. Very nice.

Beautiful, modern, clean, bright, and cheerful hotel. The staff were lovely and really went out of their way to ensure our comfort. It was very quiet and has a pretty view. The shower was luxurious. So nice to have breakfast too! We would happily stay there again.

The hotel was fresh and contemporary- very comfortable and efficient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. great bar- with a real bartender. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and the server was a pro, and knowledgeable about the island and gave recommendations for next day activities.
