A very pleasant classic hotel. Really clean and nice. We had only one night before an early flight, but I'd definitely book the same hotel when i return to Iceland. There was a free parking, kettle and iron in the room, restaurant in the hotel. Hope you'll have great time.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a stunning view of the bay that made our stay extra special. The service was outstanding - everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious – beautifully served by the staff, with fresh fruit, creamy skyr yogurt with muesli, and a lovely selection of fish and cheese. It was the perfect place to relax after a long flight and start our Icelandic adventure. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed by very helpful staff that solved our issues with finding a taxi that transports us with a baby seat. Furthermore, we could have breakfast a bit earlier as we had an early flight. The room was huge and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom more spacious than the average hotel bathroom.

Very close to the airport, free parking spot, nice bathrooms, the single room is pretty small but ok for one person and it was very convenient to have a sink inside the room.

Vogar is obviously just a bedroom community for Reykjavik...

Vogar is obviously just a bedroom community for Reykjavik with little there except a hotel, a motel, and a single uninteresting restaurant. It is convenient to the airport, the Blue Lagoon, and an excellent lava tube attraction. It is also close to the recent volcano eruption should you want to see than. The volcano was sleeping when we visited. It is far out of the path of the lava flow so it is quite safe.

It was close to airport.

It was close to airport. Room was overpriced for the accommodation. Breakfast we had to pay for but wish we would have just stopped at a gas station instead. The guy wears a chef jacket but only thing that was cooked was boiled eggs. Price for breakfast was too costly for what you get.

We had booked the quadruple room with 4 single beds and the room was nice. It had a sofa and 2 tables in addition to the beds. There were 2 shared bathrooms and were well maintained. Also they had a microwave and a kettle that was kept in the shared space. We didn't had the kitchen but there's a Korean restaurant at 100m from the hotel that provides pizza and chicken wings. Mostly luckily we were able to see the live volcanic activities after a 10 mins drive towards blue lagoon.

We didn’t have breakfast cause we didn’t want. We booked room in the evening and got an answer very fast that we are able to stay in the hotel.
