We stayed at this lovely hotel in the hills of Italy for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We had some problems during our trip, but the staff helped us so much and made us feel at home. The hotel is in a small village on a mountain — a perfect place for a real Italian experience, surrounded by beautiful nature and warm-hearted people. We will definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna or Modena. It's quiet and peaceful, but the big cities are still easy to reach by car. Definitely coming back! :)

We reserved after 7pm and arrived 1 hr later. The host waited for us - very nice and polite. The apartment is big and fully equipped, all modern and very clean. The parking was also very convenient. We couldn't ask for me.

This is no ordinary b&b, my partner and I visited with my two daughters and although cozy this place feels like a home with absolutely everything provided for us.
