Super location close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Would be happy to stay here again. The rating of the hotel only shows two stars, but sometimes the tinyest stars shine the brightest.

Hotel is located next to the beach and it’s 10min. walk to the center. Staff welcomed us warmly and breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

I liked the location, it was very comfortable. You could go anywhere by foot and the room was nice.

The location is perfect - it is near the station and city centre is also close. It is really quiet in there - not so many rooms and we were lucky with neighbours. The room is bright and cozy. We had enough space. There was kettle and tea bags in the room, as well as glasses. The ladies that work there are so friendly and welcoming nice, even though they don't speak English and we Italian - we managed to communicate and understand each other. The local cafe where the breakfast was served is just amazing. We are still remembering that morning Italian capuchino and croissants with pistachios. There is also a good Gelateria in the same building with apartments.

The hotel is perfectly located, right close to the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need, including a large, comfortable bed and stylish furniture. The spa is incredible — I highly recommend trying it. The massage was excellent, and the staff were both professional and genuinely welcoming. The reception and restaurant teams were also very friendly, easy-going, and professional. The hotel also has a beachfront restaurant where the food is delicious and the view is simply outstanding.

Lovely friendly staff, professional and keen to ensure everything went well. Breakfasts were generous, as were early evening aperitifs. Our room with a balcony overlooking the sea was perfect as was the location next to the pedestrian area. Loved Alassio, would go back to the Europa anytime!

Fantastic location (directly on the beach and in the old town) and very accomodation staff.

Staff were really welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. Facilities were good and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Secure underground parking even for larger/taller vehicles was an unexpected bonus..

Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. Staff very kind, they offered me to move to a bigger room for free as I had the trolley for my dog. The hotel offers parking for 10 euros a day. Great stay, will surely return.

We stayed here en route back home to France after an extended trip in Italy. It's a lovely old hotel that has been brought up to modern standards, but you can still sense the ghost of Hercule Poirot in the corridors. I suspect the town is crowded in the summer season, so stick to spring and autumn. Though menus are only in Italian, always a good sign. They also had charging for our car, a big plus.

A classic Italian family-run holiday hotel. A really good place to enjoy the Alassio atmosphere, as long as you have some sea view anyway... and the sound of the sea. Breeze means you don't need the a/c. Quite spacious room, clean and really spacious common areas. Friendly staff helps.
