The room was upstairs, No Lift, but the guys were wonderful and helped us with our bags. the room was secure and large, No Air con, just a small fan. It was a little hot that night, we slept on top of the sheets.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food at Restaurant downstairs and a fantastic breakfast. What a choice! I’ll definitely return.

Location of this place is wonderful. We were staying at the top floor, we've arrived at night and the hotel's valet service came in very handy. We woke up to a magnificent view of the old town and port. Recommended.

We were in Ancona for business and didn't have too much time to enjoy the hotel's amenities, but the customer service was one of the best we have experienced in a long time. We were also very impressed with the qualitiy of the breakfast buffet. Looking forward to retuning one day to enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

Cynthia was a pleasure to deal with at the reception. This hotel is exceptional, the decor, the view, the cleanliness. It is a very peaceful, calming place to stay. The breakfast exceeded all expectations. I have since recommended this spectacular, family run hotel to my other family members.

The location suited us. It was a 40 minute walk to old town. This hotel Provided breakfast which was generous. We had safe parking for our hire vehicle. It was a little awkward getting into the garage but all good. The reception girls were Lovely to deal With and nothing was too Much trouble. The room Was of generous size . Bathroom Was clean and fresh. Bed was comfy. Air con worked well.

Staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast was a bonus . Easy to find.

Comfortable, quiet, cool room on the top floor. The breakfast was terrific. But, most of all, the pot-active staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Perfect for anyone using the station.
