Cleanliness and reasonable prices

Great hotel on the hill. Excellent breakfast and a very nice roof terrace with pool.

The view from the window was amazing ;)

Reasonably priced and rural. Clean, comfortable bed, bikes were safe overnight.

Good place to stay, parking is free, rooms are spacious and clean. Self check in is quick.

The location is great. Vezzano is beautiful. It's worth staying there and not driving away. Osteria, just downstairs with fabulous food. Rooms are great. Sleep very well. Good Internet. Room service every da if needed. We also had a fridge in the room. We chose 3 beds room only because of celling. It's rare to sleep in the house from middle-aged. Spa is a dream. It was not for free what is understandable. 15€ per person for 1,5 hours, only for hotel guests. U have a warm pool with a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a dry sauna with infrared, an experience shower, a salt room... really nice and small, in the week we were alone, for the weekend there were already a couple of people more.

Everything exceeded our expectations from arrival to departure. Staff very helpful. Excellent restaurant.

The room was perfect, the garden and pool fabulous. Ten minutes walk to the inner city, but I wouldn't change it to the inner city because of the pool. The city is fascinating — vibrant and elegant. Fifteen minutes' drive to the ocean, with the sea village San Terenzo — where Percy Byshe Shelley and Mary Shelley lived.

Awsome room with the windows directly above the sea. Delicious breakfast and overall an incredible location.

Big comfy bed, spotlessly clean hotel, very friendly staff front of house, dining room, and cleaning staff. Breakfast was a treat, huge variety to suit all tastes, not often pizza, tiramisu, and prosecco feature on breakfast menus!

Fantastic property, we always stay here when in the area and would fully recommend. Also the restaurant is excellent.

Excellent hotel! Outstanding service — it definitely deserves a solid 4*+ rating. The staff is very attentive, the pool is large and well-maintained, and the dinners along with the drink menu are truly impressive. There’s no need to look for restaurants nearby — just book a table in advance, and you’re guaranteed a top-level experience. Rooms facing the marina and the port offer a stunning view, and the street itself is quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful place , staff really nice

Very nice homemade breakfast location in the center of a beautiful village with a great view. Perfect location for excursions in the area.

Clean, simple, room in the ground floor, good breakfest, very well maintained, parking.

Ideally located in San Terenzo steps from the front. This hotel catered for all our needs. We were well looked after by our gracious host and his son. We will definitely stay there again. It’s a charming hotel.

Picturesque beach area with views to the nearby coasts! A wonderful place and really helpful staff.

The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast satisfying. Great value for money overall. The rooftop bar was a highlight — stylish atmosphere, fantastic views, and excellent drinks, with service-minded staff making the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The property is perfect . Excellent rooms and very good breakfast .
