We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. A relaxing oasis filled with love and attention to details! We will for sure come back!

United KingdomFrancesco greeted us and offered all the advice we needed. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Lovely to have some basic toiletries available. That's always helpful.
The area is quiet and peaceful, easy to sleep at night. Beautiful clean area. Easy walk to Deco supermarket near the beach. And easy walk to Velia site. We were allowed to check out slightly later so we could leave our bags while we explored Velia.
If we return to Ascea we would stay here again.

This town is very beautiful and has much to offer.
This town is very beautiful and has much to offer. The beach has great sand, plus a few lidos if you want that service. The food is amazing, and there is a school for pizza making. The historical site of Elea is bigger than expected. I could easily spend a whole day (I did not pack a lunch, so I had to cut my visit short). If you visit in the summer, note that there are several water fountains throughout the site. Don't worry about hydration.

There are many hotels, there.
There are many hotels, there. If you are a history buff, or like UNSECO
sites, you would like it. There is not a lot of night life there. It is a
small city for relaxing and enjoying the beach. If you have small kids,
you might like the little trampoline park or you might like playing the
popular game of padle/pickle ball there. The train station is
small, but it can take you to many small interesting cities nearby
or big cities like Naples less than 2 hours away. Usually the temps
in July and August are in the low 90's, however we went when there
was a terrible heat wave! So, I can't report on the weather at this time.
We did ask people from there and former visitors; they said usually
the temp is very pleasant. We liked eating at our hotel or you can
walk into Ascea and there are restaurants facing the ocean. The
beach was very clean and pleasant to swim in. Chairs if you want
them for £20 a day. Local people are very pleasant. Easy to walk
around Ascea.

It is a great little town and a wonderful beach.
It is a great little town and a wonderful beach. Very affordable as I went at the end of the season. I did not require much from the staff but they were very accommodating when I did. The shuttle to the train station is great. They did not speak English and I did not speak Italian but all me needs were met regardless.

We rented the deluxe single bedroom apartment and stayed 6 days. Great in every way. The private balcony made in even better. It provided sun and shade throughout the day with a great sea view and also a hillside vista. A private BBQ gave us additional cooking options. The town of Ascea was warm and welcoming to us even though we spoke no Italian. Everything you require is here. What is not here are tourists so one gets a true Italian village experience.

Very cosy hotel in a quiet surrounding. The hotel is nicely decorated in a lush Mediterranean garden. Good size pool and nice sun terrace with bar. Extremely friendly staff. The rooms a very nicely decorated and bathrooms are spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and gelateria. A charm hotel I recommend

We came to Ascea off season and our stay was just wonderfull! The aparmentv was very clean and comfortable., the owner was helpfull and kind. The site Is located very close to both seaside and the town center. The train station Is just 10 minutes walk.
