Perfect location with GREAT views of the lake. Host was VERY helpful in providing guidance for hikes nearby and restaurants. Fridge was packed with goodies - many different drinks & types of milk, yoghurt. Fresh croissants supplied for breakfast. Dobule bed room nice and big. Wine and special liquor supplied. Good heating and hot water.

The grounds are amazing. We got to enjoy a swim in the lake and relax on the beach chairs. We only stayed a night because we were walking the Camino di san Benedetto and it was such a treat to enjoy the lake. The family running the hotel are very welcoming and one of the family members spoke perfect English which was very helpful.

What a fabulous place . over looking the lake , nice neighbourhood who were very friendly . Apartment was clean tidy and had all we wanted. he also has a Resturant around the corner which you have to go to to taste the local food.

Newly furnished room in a historic house with a story. Nice bathroom, fascinating view and absolute peace. Great breakfast served directly by the owner. Great host, will advise on everything. He recommended dinner at a friend who runs a restaurant, when he invites guests directly into the house and into the kitchen. Parking is no problem. Nice walks in the area, but hilly.

Our stay was really nice! The warm welcome from Gianni and his family was just touching, as we had booked last minute, a few hours before our arrival. We only stayed for one night, but we loved it! Since it was low season, they offered to cook for us, which was really kind of them, but we declined because we didn't want them to do so much work for just two of us, although they did recommend some great places to eat in Colle di Tora. The room had a view of the mountains which made waking up really magical. As we were the only guests, they asked us what time to have breakfast and at 8 Gianni had already prepared 2 homemade tarts and 1 homemade donut with jams and Nutella of our choice. The coffee was simply delicious, made with the coffee machine. Thank you so much! We highly recommend it!
