A nicely maintained older hotel with truly phenomenal views. We chose this location as a stopover on our way from Livorno, where we arrived by ferry. I highly recommend it, especially in the summer, as the higher altitude brings slightly cooler temperatures. The village is charming and offers pleasant walks. It also has a good restaurant and a small shop. The hotel features a lovely small pool as well. For us, it was a truly positive experience.

Friendly, clean, good food and bar/restaurant

We had a triple room with a balcony overlooking the great scenery. It had everything we needed. Very quiet. There was a lovely pool, not very big but big enough to cool down, and a shady garden to have a drink in the afternoon. The restaurant offered a typical Italian menu for a decent price. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Free parking is available.

I liked the surroundings of the hotel. Location is great for exploring the region. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful place to stay, staff helpful and very friendly. Food excellent, despite being only a mile away from Montecatini Termé centre we ate in the hotel restaurant most nights. The swimming pool was probably the b at in the area. The famous funicular railway up to Montecatini Alto was only a few hundred yards away and the view from up there were truly breathtaking.

Very clean rooms, free car park right next to hotel. AC in our room was good. Breakfast was nice. Pool was fun for our family on a summers day too. Very friendly and professional staff made our 2 night stay very pleasant.

Room is clean and comfortable. Bed and pillow fantastic, it’s very nice to sleep there. Breakfast is fantastic: everything is fresh and tasty. Spa and pool also very good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Although the rooms and especially the bathroom are a bit dated, it did not affect our overall impression of the hotel at all, as everything was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The pool is great and was never crowded. The breakfast is delicious, and the terrace is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to the park.

Everything! Perfect location, 10 minutes from train station, 1 minute from park and centre.Staff were so helpful and friendly, bedrooms comfortable and luxurious and breakfast excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

A lovely hotel with a spacious room and 2 balconies! Friendly staff at reception and housekeeping were great.

The hotel is very comfortable and friendly. We felt very safe in the area and found it an ideal base to visit Lucca, Florence and Pisa. Two minutes walk away is the funicular railway, a great experience in itself and taking you to Montecatini Alto with breathtaking views and fabulous restaurants.

Very nice and very clean hotel, bed super comfortable, large bathroom, property is perfectly located in a walking distance to a park and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious with high quality products, coffee was great. All staff is amazing - especially on reception desk and the ladies on breakfast! Very smiley, kind and helpful. We got a free room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise! The reception staff helped us with the parking tickets on the street. Hotel is a top choice for exploring the nearby cities. We would definitely come again. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, great place to stay with children!

Facilities were great, the pool made a good difference to the end of the day, never too busy during my stay. Staff helpful. I had the breakfast on one of the days, choices were ok, for €10 it was fine :) Location good, 10 mins from the train station, nice area
