We had a very nice one-week stay with my husband and son. The staff were amazing, especially Rita, who made us feel at home. The garden, the pool, and the thermal mineral pool were wonderful more 4☆. The hotel is max 10' on foot from the train station, with direct access to Naples city center in around 40'. The access and view to the lake are a special bonus. The room was a fair 3-star standard, and the breakfast was delicious in a beautiful italian baroque-style setting. We would gladly come back.

Very friendly staff, private parking

Breakfast good, not a huge choice, but covering the basics. Hotel can easily be found by GPS and there is free parking available at the site. A modestly sized car is certainly an advantage on the roads leading to the hotel and on the parking (when it's full).

The scenery from Hotel 11 Gabbiano is stunning and the facilities were great.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Naples. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the beach, in a small and quiet village, which we really enjoyed. The hotel itself is quite simple, but everything was clean and well-maintained. There is also free parking available, which was very convenient for us.

The personnel made me feel like home, they were always friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom big and the breakfast fresh, delicious, and abundant (I could barely finish my portions). I had to start my day earlier as the planned breakfast, but the staff was kind and made me a lunch box to take away. The restaurant offers a good choice of dinners which I can recommend to attend. The price is above average but it is worth it. They have bicycles that you can borrow to go around the city.

Amazingly friendly staff adopted me on NewYear's Eve, dragged me into their family party for 4hours. What a craic!! Locally produced bits in the "gift shop" Nice breakfast.

This is a wonderful place to relax. The room was beautifully decorated, and from the balcony you can see the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The garden with the pool and bar is amazing, and an added bonus is the variety of birds flying around the area. The location is also excellent – in the middle of the island, very close to the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars in different parts of the island. However, the greatest advantage of this place is the team working there, especially Ms. Elena – an incredibly professional and positive person. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was clean and large with a perfect view. Staff were very attentive and provided me with a vegan selection for breakfast which was excellent.

Beautiful room, great staff. There were events at the location both nights we stayed, but there was little to no disruption to our stay.

To be honest it was a all around beautiful place from the staff to the view, location is nice and peaceful if you wish to be close to Napoli and enjoy a more calmer environment. The food is spectacular at the restaurant there and staff is very accommodating.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here and honestly could not believe the value for money. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Naples. The air-conditioning was excellent, which made a huge difference after long days exploring the city. What truly made this place special, though, was the family who run it. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine — always happy to give us advice on getting around Naples, recommending places to visit, and even helping us with lifts when needed. They kindly gave us a lift to the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their guests. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality these days. The kindness and generosity of this family completely made our trip. I genuinely could not recommend this place more highly. If you are looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, welcoming, and unbelievably good value for money, this is the perfect place to stay.

My room was nice, big and clean and the staff always very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good.
