We are delighted with the hotel's care for guests. Very friendly staff. Excellent cleanliness.

Very good location for travelers close to the highway. Very nice staff and superb breakfast! Also we travelled with 3 dogs and the stay was very comfortable and pets were very welcome. Big like for this hotel and it's personnel.

Very good and near train station and nice place I’m so happy

Have stayed here four times now whilst driving down/up Italy. A very clean and comfortable hotel with a real old-fashioned quality feel. Safe location and close to restaurants and motorway. Breakfast is exceptional !

In a word - INCREDIBLE. We were on our honeymoon in Tuscany and Belpoggio was perfect for a 4 night romantic stay. The property is beautiful, with plenty of space to enjoy privately and feel at home in the countryside. The rooms were rustic, but with all the modern touches to ensure comfort, the breakfast was a great start to each day, the cleaners and maintenance team were like elves - we never saw them but room was always made up and cleaned. And the staff - Tania and Agnese were wonderful! They were both fun, helpful, and gave us plenty of advice on how to spend our time and to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They booked restaurants and tours for us, that we loved and would have had no idea about or ability to book otherwsise. Thanks you Tania and Agnese. The whole are of Loro Ciufenna and Castelfranco were quaint and peaceful, and Tania and Agnese helped us find suitable restaurants and facilities to compliment our stay.

The room was spotless clean and everything as described or better. New renovation completed with beautiful Italian style. If I return I will definitely stay again.

Everything. I quite simply could’ve stayed here forever. Absolutely unforgettable experience, thank you so much.

The hotel is sufficiently comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly

We spent a restful and luxurious week at Chapter Chianti during our honeymoon. The staff were always kind and helpful from day 1. Our room was stunning, well air-conditioned and spacious and the bathroom was amazing, with a large shower and gorgeous smelling toiletries. The pool is huge so even when multiple guests are using it everyone has their own space to swim, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available even on the busiest days. The daily breakfast was great with both cooked and continental options, and there is a small but tasty lunch menu at the pool bar too with pizza, pasta, sandwiches and more. I wasn't able to use it myself but my husband said the spa was incredible and good value for money. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

It’s a charming little town, and the lodging is in a perfect location. Carlo’s restaurant offers sumptuous food and impeccable service,it would be a shame to miss it. You can put together your own breakfast,a great idea, and it’s executed perfectly. If every host were just half as good as Carlo, the world would be a better place.
