The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location made it very simple to reach with good parking facilities - a huge bonus when staying in one of the 'old towns'.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel in general is very child friendly, they provided us with a free cot. The food (half-board) was really good. Every morning we got to choose a starter and a main course from 3 options. They have one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever encounted!

The room was spacious and comfortable and the toiletries provided every day was not only useful, but very well selected and rich in feel. There was a splendidly broad selection for breakfast, and dinner was very lovely. As a non meat eater, the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was okay. It was also very kind of the staff to print out an English translation of the menu. The staff were extremely, friendly, helpful and efficient. We really could not have asked for more. The location is great, right on the edge of the piste. We'd have no hesitation in returning.

So charming, my husband and I fell in live with this little gem. So quaint, and the rooms were so cool and refreshing, we were happily surprised by everything here and the staff were super helpful providing us with a map etc and recommending dinner spots, breakfast with home made juice was the best breakfast we had during our whole stay in Italy,, thank you!
