PolandStaff is very friendly. We arrived quite late, but reception was still open(until 11pm). This was helpful - because was small problem with hot water. The valve was closed after some service works two days ago.
The Hotel has some private parking places - so was nice to park close.
Bed was quite big - we fit even together with our 8y.o. daughter.
Bathroom clean with shampoo, soap, shower cap.
Scanno is quite climatic.

United KingdomWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning! We had a room with a lake side view. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I love a wild swim and went swimming in the lake just opposite the hotel on a couple of occasions, just fantastic.

The trail up the hill to view Scanno's heart-shaped lake was a highlight.
Go into Scanno town to eat, not Villagio. Scanno has La Baita - a great meat, pasta & pizza restaurant. Also Pastry Pan Dell'Orso on the stream is a lovely place for coffee, aperitivo or gelato.

Scanno is a beautiful village! It is so picturesque! The lakes are brilliant blue-green. The locals are kind.
Matilde cooked the most delicious breakfast every morning. You could not wait to get up to have breakfast!

Wow, wow, wow and......... WOW.
I feel I should say Scanno and the accommodation is dire just to keep the tourists away. But I can't, the Palazzo is spotless and oozes history, the staff are amazing.
Breakfasts were a delight.
Scanno is olde old old, not manicured like so many old Italian locations this is pure and gritty and all the better for it.
Tremendous and then some more.
There is a die for pizzeria a few steps away and the Terra restaurant is a dining extravaganza.
Did I say we enjoyed it.

Possibly one of the best places I have ever stayed in my entire life! The township of Scanno and all the magic that comes along with the village was truly enhanced by staying in this property. Victor provided us with everything we needed to ensure our stay, we were in the middle of the village so we could walk to anything we wanted! We are only planning on how we can come back and stay at this property again!!

Beautiful room in a private house with a charming host, we enjoyed our 2 nights here very much. Very comfortable bed, fantastic views of Scanno from the room and very nice bathroom. The town centre is a few minutes walk away; free parking very close by. Can recommend.

We enjoyed the substantial and wide variety of breakfast. We also enjoyed the feeling of spaciousness throughout the hotel and its alpine character. The location was great too.
