Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Very rural and relaxing. Only 10 minute short walk to the centre of Bettola. Ivano was an excellent host. Very knowledgeable of the area and spoke very good English. The food at the property was cooked to perfection by Ivano’s wife and was exceptional. We will definitely return!

The whole place had a lovely feeling and the decor was in keeping with the surroundings. Swimming pool was lovely, breakfast delicious and the hosts very nice and friendly. Food and drink were available if required.

This is an adorable room in the middle of Perino. My fiancée and I stopped here for a night while bicycling the country. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The room is nice and clean.
