Excellent house in the Lazio countryside with great yard area. During the June heatwave the house inside stayed cool and the air conditioning in the rooms was also a pleasure - not forgetting the pool!. Everything worked in the house. It is rural, so a car is needed as e.g. the nearest shop or restaurant is some kilometers away.

Very private gated accommodation with on-site parking. The check-in was easy using lock boxes. The staff was very helpful. Very modern and clean facility. The breakfast was typical Italian with coffee and pastries. However, the pastry selections were homemade with local ingredients and way above average in quality.

Literally everything! 1. I didn't expect this, but it appeared the owner was waiting on us at the railway station when we arrived. Which was a very nice surprise, taking into account there is no such as thing as a taxi in this beautiful small town. 2. Location - just in the very center, it says 250 meters from center - from my perspective it is like 50 m. 3. The host - so nice and friendly! 4. The place itself!!! First time in my life while booking apartment not a hotel, I'm not just not disapointed but happy absolutely! It is so nice, clean, well decorated. 5. Hospitality! You have all you need and a bit more - welcome drinks, water, nice fresh towels, and people ready to help you any time of the day.
