The property was modern, well furnished & comfortable. parking was easy to find. the wifi was strong and in the august heat, the air-conditioning and small fridge were much appreciated. Best of all was the host Federica who was so easy to communicate with and was most helpful.

The property is a barn which was recently renovated to a very high standard, an eclectic combination of modern minimalism (polished concrete floors and lighting) with Balinese exotic wood furniture, which works surprisingly well. Room sizes are generous, bed mattresses are soft but of excellent quality and bathrooms new. There are large communal areas indoors and outside, the indoor one features a fully equipped kitchen and a huge exotic wood table where breakfast is served. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with savoury and sweet options. Hosts Patrizia and Guido are extremely sociable and invited us spontaneously to a drink in their home.

Offering free bikes and garden view, L'ULMA e L'OPI RB is set in Guastalla, 35 km from Ducal Palace and 3.4 km from Chiesa di Santa Maria della Neve.

A large and very comfortable house with a great host. This was a perfect place to spend a night while cycle touring around Italy - we only wish we could stay longer. A well-appointed kitchen, space to securely store our bicycles and a very comfortable bed. Monia is a friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend.
