Clean, excellent host. Big rooms with balcony. Right beside the highway. Good restaurant next door.

Perfect location for stopover. Lovely restaurant. Room clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Yes, the train runs past, but really did not bother us. Super easy access from motorway. We will be back.

Everything was perfect, very nice hosts. Good breakfast, they even brought me a special gluten-free bread and pastry. A nice, quiet location in the nature close enough to the old town.

Size of the room and air-conditioning

I stay in this HOTEL for a second time. I deliberately choose this hotel. I like the owner, the restaurant meal choice and the location.

The room was spacious and cozy with relevant facilities. The bed was very comfortable. I woke up from my afternoon nap and saw a double rainbow from my window! It's within 5 mins walk to the Orvieto train station and funicular.

The staff were very friendly and kindness anytime. Room is large space and clean so we could stay comfortably night.

Breakfast was good, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, bread for toasting, cheese & ham , and a wonderful selection of pastries and cakes as is typical of Italy

Absolutely everything was amazing

The location was perfect, an easy walk to all the important spots. But my favorite part of the stay was the excellent service from the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I needed ice for an injury and they found some immediately. I left very early in the morning, and even though there is a process to check out the night before and leave your key, the staff came in to turn on the elevator for me because it was difficult for me to walk down the stairs. There were kind and helpful.

Great location . Exit hotel , walk left around 50-100m is neat and clean Coin Laundry shop , walk out of hotel oppo is the restaurant IL Malandrino ( service and food amazing, love the truffle fried eggs and others!), another nice restaurant next to. If dinner ,they open at 7pm so you can rest in the hotel after viewing the historical sites on foot , then come out for dinner . Newly renovated since April 1025 , beautiful. Breakfast was great too!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the morning /afternoon session, she is super helpful on our early arrival. The valet parking is prefect. The room is clean, spacious and modern. We loved the big washroom and the lovely small balcony. The location is great, close to everything! It is the ideal hotel for visiting Orvieto!
