Swimming pool. Restaurant! Nature around. Close to Modena and Ferrari museums. Good hotel quality. Good restaurant food.

Nice design, quiet, comfort and clean.

Excelent breakfast Good location for us Very clean

We stayed here for only one night, but it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. A huge highlight for us was the breakfast—they provided excellent gluten-free options, which we really appreciated! It’s not always easy to find such thoughtful service when traveling. Although we didn't have enough time to explore, there seems to be so much to do and see in the surrounding area. We definitely regret not staying longer and hope to come back soon!"

Great stay. Room was clean and excellent Staff.

Nice location and good quality

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A very good restaurant right opposite the B&B

Quality/prezzo was good and so was breakfast (nice choice). The staff were all very kind. We found the room comfortable (not elegant, but that's fine). The location is convenient to the centre of Formigine, and there is free parking.

Newly renovated property with full set of amenities including a pantry and living room.

The breakfast was lovely and Vicenzo at reception was really helpful in suggesting what to visit.

Pretty good Hotel/maximum support from the stuff and manager(important for long time staying guests like me)/stay here since 6weeks-job ist extended for 4weeks more- they make it possible without any uncomfortable issues for me/modern rooms, clean and comfortable/pretty good bed/minibar makes really cold/air condition works/easy parking.....it feels like staying home!

Great accomodations, very clean and organized. Staff nice and eager to help Quite near Ferrari facilities which is a plus in Maranello.

breakfast very basic, location needs car but very calm in middle for green area

The hotek was very clean and the customer service was perfect. Since I was visited with my family, they were very kind to my children.

The location and service were outstanding — the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful: the reception team, the breakfast team, the person who helped with our luggage, the elevator and car, and the added bonus of a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. Even the dinner recommendation was spot on. Everything was just excellent.

Location, style and amazing staff!

The hotel is located very close to Modena center, we walked 5 minutes to the center. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits. The rooms were very big and warm, the beds were comfortable. The people at the reception were really nice and helped us with everything we needed.
