There is own garage. So close to historical city centre. No rumour outside. Breakfast was good and all was fresh. The stuff is something special. Whey are very polite and help with all things with pleasure. Great impression!

Recently built hotel located about a 10-minute drive from Mantova city centre. Several shops and restaurants can be found nearby and are easily reachable on foot. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed guests to choose the option best suited to their needs. The bathroom was also spacious and functional. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. The lemon cake was especially delicious and definitely worth trying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Mantova.

Very nice staff, good mattress (not too soft, not too hard). There was a small fridge on the floor. Air conditioner worked well. I lived in the room with relatively high ceiling, so it was easy to maintain not only a comfortable temperature, but also the freshness of the air. I liked this location without noisy bars, clubs or restaurants, where you can really have a rest after exciting day. You can spend just 10 minutes to get the Mantova city center and about 3 minutes to visit Grazie by interurban bus number 13 (the bus stops are near the hotel). You can walk to the shopping mall "Il Gigante" (10-12 minutes by foot) and buy some food, cloth or shoes. Also you can find another bus stop (urban bus number 5) near this mall. It's important to note that routes 5 and 13 (to Curtatone area) are included in Mantova Card. If you plan to use the buses, visit site APAM and download the relevant timetables to avoid any troubles.

I selected it as photos were nice, but then I was not expecting much as is rated as 1 star hotel. Instead good surprise! Nice room, very clean, all comfortable. I have to say better than many 3 stars hotel that I have been before! so for sure I will use it again if traveling in Mantova

A fantastic base for those planning to explore the surrounding towns as well as Lake Garda. Beautifully renovated. Exceptional breakfasts, both savory and sweet. Scrumbled eggs and fresh orange juice top! The owners are very kind and attentive to every detail.
